Rob Lee, Technical Director, graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Film and Video Production. He worked for Disney Event Productions and the Disney Institute. After Disney, Rob worked for LMG, Inc. as a master technician and technical supervisor. Rob formed Evergreen Creative in 1999 specializing in corporate meetings and events.

Chris Jeffries-Dowling, has spent the last 12 years in the entertainment industry. At varying stages in his career he has worked in the television, commercial, concert, theater and corporate / industrial segments of the industry. As a lighting designer by training, Chris handles all aspects of the lighting, set and staging design for Evergreen.
